What if we need approval from our department?

Our process is built to give any external parties access to pre-launch development to ensure that your recruiting site meets all athletic department visual standards. With a password-protected site backend, your department staff can join in on the process and give feedback when necessary before the site goes live.

Once it does, your department staff has 24/7 access to our Preseason Team to request changes or pause site accessibility for complete control and compliance.

can i be 100% hands off?

Your Preseason Page is a tool that helps you recruit more effectively, not another thing to put on your plate. Trust our Preseason team to manage everything on your recruiting site from start to finish. Need updates? Put our team to work. It’s that simple.

How long does it take to go live?

After subscribing to a plan, you’ll go through our onboarding process. After you’ve uploaded your best content for use on the site (photos, video links, etc.), you’ll join the development queue.

Once you’re ready for production, our United States-based development team will begin building your site – a process that can take up to 5 business days, but can be quicker. After that, we’ll send you a password-protected link to review and approve the site before we go live.

The development schedule is typically a 10-15 day process from start-to-finish. That timeline varies depending on whether you’re in or out of season and your desire for modifications.

Where can i find my secure client billing area?
